Manufacturing the propellants and explosives powering US National Security

In my day-to-day role, I support propellant mixing operations and ensure mechanical and ballistic data meet customer specifications, making corrective adjustments as needed. I monitor process capability, lead root cause investigations, and implement corrective actions to maintain production quality. I also support site-wide mass scale-up efforts through process standardization and optimization, resolving in-process issues and providing round-the-clock program support as needed.  I hold an active secret clearance.
